I am looking for a female housemate and have a 1 bedroom with a private bathroom available by Aug 1, 2026. Ideal for an undergrad or graduate student, international/visiting scholar, healthcare professional, or working professional seeking a peaceful place to live and appreciates a clean, artful home. No pets allowed at this time due to allergies.

Semester Rent Special: Pay the semester upfront (August to December for Fall //January to May for Spring) and your monthly rent is reduced $100 off per month. You may also pay quarterly by the semester instead of monthly, if desired.

Sky Suite ($1,200 per month, including utilities)
This suite is located on the second floor and consists of a furnished private bedroom and bathroom. It is across the hall from the owner’s suite. In the video tour, it is referred to as ‘Private Bedroom B’.

The bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, desk, chair, dresser, mini fridge, and wall mounted smart tv. There is a full size closet in the room. The designated private bathroom is in the hallway, just outside of the room and has a tub shower, toilet, and vanity sink. This room is 10 by 12 ft, gets great natural light, and provides ample space and quiet ambiance, facing the rear of the house. The private full bathroom and laundry room are just outside of the room in the hallway.

The first floor is a shared space consisting of a furnished living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen has new, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all cookware needed during your stay.

Very safe neighborhood with a high walking score. Close to multiple universities and campuses, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, parks, entertainment, and essential services. Free, on-street parking is available. You may park your bike or scooter on the premises. City buses and campus shuttles are nearby.

For move in, lease signing and a refundable security deposit are required.
